  1. UPDATE ON NEEDS FOR NEWSLETTER ( out in July )(we need to decide what we are going to do here)

Fall opening practices, fall opening contests, feature from the past, L-Club activities, purchases from Boosters and H.T.A., golf outing announcement, coaches spring summaries, spring honors, honors from senior banquet, president’s message, new Booster Board of directors, etc.

  1. HALL OF FAME REPORT – responses from inductees, committee

Members, power point presentation, tour, Booster welcoming, program brochure, dinner arrangements, picture session._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

 

  1. UPDATE ON SENIOR BANQUET – banquet is Sunday May 18th ; no

Speaker, facility permit completed, door receptionist for check in, L-Club escorts, senior video, table tags, letter to be sent out ( Monday, April 14th  and follow-up reminder call on weekend of the 26th and 27th who will make calls? ) Who will assist in set up? _________________

  1. UPDATE ON PHYSICAL NIGHT –

BOYS ON Tuesday June 3rd – 3:00 P.M.

GIRLS ON   Wednesday June 4th – 3:00 P.M.

Register for appointments beginning on the 19th.

Booster membership forms, membership cards and pins (how about a T-shirt or hat or?)
